  • Condition of Product:

    • Must show no signs of damage, wear, or tampering.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  • Approved Returns: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after we receive the item.
  • Shipping Costs: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
